Issue 004: Create Project Utilities and Scripts

Current Behavior

  • No project-wide utilities or helper scripts exist
  • No standardized way to run common operations
  • Manual execution of each component required

Intended Behavior

  • Centralized utility library with common functions
  • Shell scripts for running major operations
  • Interactive mode support with -I flag for all scripts
  • Path management with ${DIR} variable support as per CLAUDE.md requirements

Suggested Implementation Steps

  1. Create libs/utils.py with common functions (file I/O, logging, config)
  2. Create src/main.py as primary entry point
  3. Add shell scripts in project root for major operations
  4. Implement -I interactive mode for all command-line scripts
  5. Add ${DIR} path management to all scripts
  6. Create functions using vimfold syntax as specified in CLAUDE.md
