Drama and excitement is what gets them through the day, while most people are driven by something more inertial or instinctual or goal-focused. you don't have to be on all the time. if you're tired, then rest! if you're hungry, then eat! if you're thirsty, then drink! if you're lonely, then speak, if you're sad, then cry, if you see some friends at a party, then dance like tomorrow you might die.
