 ... dangit, these sandwiches are getting kinda gross. Guess I'm gonna have to

 I had a dream that someone fed me a McDonalds burger in the airport (with
 "special sauce") and then the next time I was at the grocery store in the
 waking world I ended up buying a bunch of those meat replacements that I
 usually skip in favor of moar vegetables.

 when I stretch, it feels like I'm finally getting blood flow to my farthest
 parts.
 
 when I work out, it's like I'm pumping health through my body. but only when
 I'm in a rhythm. when I'm going for very long, I get hallucinations like I'm
 stoned. I once walked for 3 days straight with 2 hours of rest, plus standing
 every time I crossed the street waiting for cars. never sitting though. and a
 lean was only for laughs.

 their own brought devices, playing with my cat (she's not sociable but if you

 I didn't think about this until finishing the last sandwich, but a dash of
 instant coffee can be a nice invigoration spell. Might make the PB&J taste
 a bit funky, but I already put hemp hearts and nutritional yeast in them so
 nobody's gonna eat them unless they trust me.

 I was raised in a jungle gym. Like... literally. I am not going to hurt you,
 and if I did it'd be both a mistake and something that you could easily
 recover from. We are infinitely adaptable, us humans, and we can address any
 concerns that behest us. Behest? confront? something like that. Brb my blood
 alcohol content is a little low. Also I haven't eaten anything today but
 bacardi and chocolate chip cookies. I bet another cookie will solve this

 I'm on half rations dollar-wise, but 1.5x rations nutrition-wise.

 It's healthier to eat rice, beans, and vegetables, with some fats added in via
 butter or oil.
 
 The goal is to build up fat stores that are high-value. When your body has
 excess calories, it takes whatever nutrients are CURRENTLY in your system and
 stores them in fat cells, like stocking a pantry. If all you eat is cheetos,
 your pantry is gonna be useless. It'll just slow you down. But if you have
 highly nutritious foods, you will perform better as your body consumes the fat
 when it needs to feed, but you haven't eaten much lately.
 
 ... I should apply for SNAP. Gonna do it right fucking now.

 grocery store I saw a bag of marbles - wait no they were nuts, with like...
 cherries and grapes in them. actually it was cranberries, I think, the
 cherries weren't in season. so these dried cranberries tasted really tart and
 sweet, and I thought "huh maybe they're dried cherries after all" and so I
 asked the attendent or whatever and she was like "sir you need to pay for
 that" and I'm like, yeah okay how much and she said it was 10$ so I'm like
 "dang that's a good deal, I'm proud and amazed of our modern infrastructure
 and all the hard work of people who don't get paid enough to make it happen"
 and she's like "make what happen" and I'm like "oh the... the this thing" and
 I held up the bag of cherries and she's like "oh uh, yeah it is nice, I guess
 I don't really think about it much" so anyway I started thinking about what
 else I could bu
buy as a set for dollars like perhaps epstein files or cures for cancer or recipes for programmable matter or whatever. One of those options stood out to me as like, possible? and the others seemed like modern fantasy. The kind you *work toward*, yeah? not the kind that you have available as an option.
