Then take them to your local leftist, lgbt, whatever meeting and distribute them out. Tell them "build us a plan for this state. Use your phone to research, and work with nearby states - sometimes blue areas cross borders, and they should be united in your mind when strategizing. Washington and Oregon can be treated as one, same for NM and Colorado. North East is a mega region and should work together. Don't sleep on southern cities, they can handle themselves, but united they would be stronger.
